After visit we continue our ride through the valley until we reach another archeological site called Quillarumiyoc (3650m/11975ft).

In this amazing place we will visit the impressive moon temple which is carved into a rock. Once heard the story of this place we will go towards Lima Tambo tropical valley (2700m/8858ft) In this typical Andean village, we will get to know everything about farming and the production of tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili pepper, cucumbers and cauliflowers because this village is warm area. Then we head towards the most important Inca ruins on this tour, called Tarawasi. This spot was one of the most important resting places and ceremonial center in incas time and located 75 km away from Cusco along the way to Chinchaysuyo, one of the for regions of the Incas. Here we will see 12 trapezoidal ceremonial niches in its natural size.

The reason we overnight here are, there is the beautiful view on the two spectacular mountain peaks, Humantay Mount (5770m/18930ft) and Salkantay Mount (6200m/20341ft). This small community is located between Apurimac and the canyon of Lima Tambo and it is the perfect place to enjoy the stars sprinkling during the night.

Today will be a beautiful day! Wake up time will be at 6:00am with a cup of hot coca tea in your tents. Then you will have about 20 minutes to organize your personal belongings. After an energetic and healthy breakfast prepared by our master chef we will start to walk for 1 and a half hours until we reach the canyon of Apurimac and its amazing condor viewpoint. At the viewpoint we will be around 8:00am because this is the time the condors start to fly.

Usually the condors are active between 8:00 and 11:00am, so we will have about 3 hours to observe this unique spectacle.
