Booking with Machulas Journey
1. – If you want to book for the Classic Inca Trail of 2, 4, 5 and 7 days, with Machulas Journey, we recommend book months in advance. please advise us the date where you want to do it. we will check the Inca trail availability, and then we will advise you about Inca trail availability. and we will make sure the government still has permits available. You only need a permit for your start date (not each day trekking) and we will secure the permit on your behalf. If you are a single trekker, please check with us at info@machulasjourney.com or machulasjourney@gmail.com for availability of a group.
2. – If you are doing alternative treks or any others tours, you should book a couple months in advance, it is in order to organize your trips without any problem.
NOTE 1: you have to send us your original passport copy in order to start booking your trips.
NOTE 2: the deposit has to be send us 40 % of price. for all treks or tours the deposit have to be $300 USD per person and the 60% of price would be complete or paid in Cusco in cash or by credit card.
NOTE 3: We have 2 method payment deposit by: western union and PayPal. (Visa, Interbank)
By western union. This method is the easiest to realize the deposit and the transaction fee is no too expensive.
